With over a decade of experience recruiting top talent for global leaders in tech, gaming, and innovation, David Eargle knows what it takes to support high-performing teams—and the people behind them.

As the Founder of CornerStone Corporate Housing, David brings a strategic yet deeply personal approach to corporate lodging. His work with companies undergoing expansion, transition, and relocation revealed a consistent challenge: finding trustworthy, high-quality housing that reflects the same level of excellence as the organizations themselves.

CornerStone was born out of that gap.

David’s background includes recruiting for companies like Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, and Pokémon, and leading 22:Twenty Global—a talent firm connecting high-growth companies with top-tier professionals in tech, AI, and beyond. That experience sharpened his belief that where people stay impacts how they show up.

Today, David leads CornerStone with the same values that define his leadership: excellence, integrity, clarity, and care.
